What concrete steps can help address the ongoing problem of sexual harassment in the workplace? In this panel discussion, we will seek to explore changes both in the law and in institutional structure and culture that may improve institutional responses to harassment and help prevent other cases in the future. Based on both legal scholarship and social science, experts will explore what institutions could do regarding these issues. The views and opinions expressed during this lecture are those of the speaker and do not necessarily represent the views of UCCS.
